Pay Rate: $60.00/hr to $65.00/hr on W2
Location: Austin, TX (hybrid)
Sr. Program Management Analyst responsible for tracking and driving to closure observations and defects across various client products as reported in a post-silicon environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand and track tapeout dates and silicon arrival dates across all of client's product lines for the Infinity Fabric IP team
• Tracking of firmware and technical documentation milestone delivery and coordination of dependencies
• Work with various client's BUs (Client, Server, Datacenter GPU, Embedded, Semi-custom) on post-silicon observations, both reported internally and externally
• Provide weekly (and sometimes daily) reports on priority, status, and next steps for these observations to management
• Create and maintain appropriate indicators/dashboards using JIRA
• Ensure the right visibility and engagement across the Infinity Fabric organization to drive observations to closure
• For observations resulting in a defect, work with the Infinity Fabric program managers and technical leads to drive appropriate corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail, meticulous organization, curiosity, and good follow through
• Experience in areas of silicon design, system design, software development, and/or post-silicon validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking, particularly Jira for defect-tracking
EDUCATION:
• 5+ years project management experience in high tech industry
• Bachelor's degree; PMP certification is a plus, but not required
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Office, Confluence, and Jira tool suites
